Yoga gives children great psychosomatic and psychomotor training. It is great activity, yoga for kids supports concentration, improves posture, coordination and balance, compensates for one-sided training, affects breathing habits (allergies, asthma, immunity), strengthens self-confidence, solves mental fluctuations and teaches children to work with stress, it helps develop imagination, communication and memory.
Our lessons are led by certified teachers with experience in yoga, children and children's yoga. Lessons are led with regard to the age and interest of the child. The age for each lesson is just recommendation, what matters more is current developmental stage of your child.
