Power Yoga Flow
Power Yoga Flow is based on breathing, smooth transitions, strength positions, perception of one's own body through positions. Yoga in this style means that you will perform one asana after another smoothly in accordance with the inhale and exhale. Exercise regulates peristalsis, metabolism, endocrine system, neurovegetative system, immune system, cardiovascular system. It also perfectly develops flexibility and strength of the whole body, very effectively heals, cleanses the body and relieves fatigue, tension and stress.
Each lesson usually includes a Sun Salutation "Surya Namaskar" - a sequence of consecutive positions. It is a dynamic and more demanding form of exercise, which is why it is often called dynamic yoga. This lesson is therefore not suitable for complete beginners.
